Golf League Tracker Product Roadmap
To keep my customers up to date on what may be coming up for Golf League Tracker, I've created this
product roadmap for Golf League Tracker. I don't yet have a timeline associated with any of these items,
and they may not all be implemented, but this is what is currently on the docket.
This doesn't include any bug fixes which take priority over site
enhancements. As always, if you have any suggestions for the site, please e-mail me!
2019 Roadmap
- New Widgets Thoughts on new widgets such as most eagles/birds/par and league logos.
-
18 Hole Rounds for 9 Hole Leagues Many 9 hole leagues play a year end 18 hole event. Currently they must enter these as
two separate 9 hole rounds. Investigate the possibility of creating an 18 hole round.
-
Enhanced Live Scoring Continuous improvements to the Live scoring will be (and have been) made. A more robust leaderboard with +/- par
is the first on the list.
-
Scheduling Outside Groups For leagues with League Groups (aka Divisions), you now have the option of scheduling within each group, or
across all groups. Investigate the possibility of scheduling only across groups. Not sure of the best way to handle this if there are more than
two groups or if there are a different number of players in each group.
Completed Roadmap Items
-
Editable settings You can now edit just about every setting for your league!
-
Enhanced Scheduling and League Groups (aka divisions) Golf League Tracker can now schedule complex problems automatically, such
as with split tee times (going off front and back at the same time), scheduling matches only within League Groups, and scheduling a portion of
the season.
-
Live Scoring Live scoring has been implmented through the mobile website. If the league administrator so desired, they can
turn on live scoring for their league for a given round, and player can enter scores as they play, and view the leaderboard.
