With every subscription comes basic e-mailing. You can send e-mails to your players at no additional cost.

Premium E-mail Optional Add-On

The premium E-mail optional add-on gives customers additional e-mail functionality not found in the basic package:

E-mail Logging

With the basic package, the e-mails are logged and retained for 7 days. With Premium E-mail, the e-mail are logged and retained for 365 days. The e-mail log enables you to see what you sent, who you sent it to, and whether or not there were any errors.

Resending E-mails

If you've sent an e-mail to some of your players, and decided later to resend the message to additional players, the premium e-mail option gives you this ability.

E-mail Templating

If you send the same type of e-mails over and over (e.g. a "weekly overview"), you can create an e-mail template and reuse that template multiple times. This saves you a bunch of time in composing your e-mails each week.

Sub Request Reminders

With the League Manager subscriptions, Premium E-mail gives you the ability to have the system send e-mail reminders to players and subs who have sub requests and reservations in the system. You can define how many days before the round is played to send the message.
